TERMS & CONDITIONS

Required one-time sign-up fee of: $95.00 + tax will be applied to first time sign-up total.
2 AAA batteries needed to operate remote.
All sign-up orders are processed electronically.
Wi-Fi connection speed of at least 25Mbps is required in order to operate BLACK BOX successfully.
Must be able to place a card on file that accepts recurring monthly payments for as long as monthly BLACK BOX subscription is active.

After subscribing, BLACK BOX equipment is shipped by the next business day. Tracking numbers will be sent via email.

If monthly payment is unable to withdraw due to card declining for 7 consecutive business days, BLACK BOX service will be shut off until payment is paid in full.

If the card on file for BLACK BOX subscription needs to be updated, please contact us via the CONTACT page on this website.

Any canceled BLACK BOX subscribers must return all BLACK BOX equipment, that came with the original monthly subscription plan, within 3 business days of receiving cancelation instructions via email or phone.
